Respondent Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue individual patta in petitioner's favour by sub division of his property comprised in T.S.No.16/8 situated at Block No.02, Ward No.B, Sevaloor, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District on the basis of the petitioner's application, dated 02.09.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner's request to issue an individual patta by subdividing his property in T.S.No.16/8 situated at Block No.02, Ward No.B, Sevaloor, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District through his application, dated 02.09.2024 has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has been allotted with a joint patta though he has purchased the property through metes and bounds and therefore, he had submitted a petition.

3. Considering the request of the petitioner, a mandamus is issued directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.09.2024 and pass orders within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
