[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.
2.It is the claim of the petitioner that the land in Survey Nos.582/5, 15 and 16 is a public pathway.
3.The copy of the 'A' Register enclosed by the petitioner in the paper book shows that the land are classified as Tharisu. There is no indication that there is pathway in the said land. If the petitioner has any right over the same, it is open to the petitioner to establish his right before the appropriate civil Court. The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed. No costs.
