ORDER

The writ petitioner has purchased the petition mentioned vehicle from the third respondent. A joint application under Section 82 of the Motor Vehicles Act was submitted to the first respondent. It appears that objections have been received. The first respondent is directed to issue notice to the objectors and after hearing the joint applicants dispose of the application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
