W.P.(MD).No.25234 of 2019 alleging Food Adulteration and seeks for a direction to consider his representation.
3. The only document, which the petitioner relies upon is the paper news, which appeared in 'Dinamalar', dated 20.08.2019. Based on paper news, the petitioner cannot file any Public Interest Litigation, that too, when he is a practicing Advocate, he has to do sufficient research, approach the authorities and then make specific averments and then file a writ petition. We find from the affidavit it is only three pages, there are no particulars and all the averments are vague. Based on the vague averments, no Mandamus can be issued as prayed for.
4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
