2. The petitioner has made a request for particular posting vide representation dated 03.10.2022.

3. I must make it clear that the petitioner has no right as such. However, it is open to the first respondent to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. I make it clear that I will not giving any specific direction as such. The first respondent may dispose of the petition mentioned representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
