ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 316 and 318 of BNS, in Crime No.Not Known of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the respondent police, it is represented that since the allegation is more than Rs.15,00,000/-, they have closed the petition by directing the defacto complainant to approach the EOW. Therefore, no petition or case is pending before the concerned respondent police.
