Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner and not to restrain him from putting up the construction of his house at Door No.59, Chinnachetti Street, Trichy.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner and not to restrain him from putting up the constructions of his house at Door No.59, Chinnachetti Street, Trichy.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
