Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Japthi Notice and auction notice issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.A3/ 2732/2001, dated 27.09.2022, quash the same and direct the respondent to release the properties attached.
