ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the second Respondent not to harass the Petitioners under the guise of enquiry as per the summons of the second Respondent Police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the current paper is pending in C.No.470/DCB/Inspr/2022 on the file of the third Respondent and the Respondent Police had issued summon to the Petitioners. Instead of co-operating with the enquiry, the Petitioners have approached this Court.

3.In view of the above submission, the Petitioners are directed to co-operate with the pending investigation. The third Respondent is also directed to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
