ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct respondents herein to produce the body of the person of the detenue Sathya daughter of Mrs. Radhakrishnan aged about 22 years who has been missing from 29.10.2019.

2. It is seen that the petitioner lodged a complaint and the same has been registered by the second respondent in Crime No. 477 of 2019 for the offences under Section Women Missing.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report before the concerned court within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
