ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR) Court, Madurai District to dispose the bail application filed by the filed by the Petitioner on merits on the same day of his surrender.

2.The petitioner is A2 in Crime No.364 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 341, 506(2) IPC and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 3.Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and submit that the injured is still in hospital. Hence, prays to dismiss the petition. 4.Considering the nature of offence and the fact that the injured is still in hospital, this Court is not inclined to consider this petition at this stage. 2/4
