O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.) The order is to be read in conjunction with the orders of this Court dated 03.09.2025 and 04.09.2025.
2. On 03.09.2025, this Court had ordered as follows: ''The father of a young girl, aged about 19 years, is the petitioner herein.
2. It is stated that the girl had taken a decision to enter into a serious relationship with one Vetrivel, S/o.Rajiv Gandhi, residing at No.205, Mathampattu, Irunthai, Thiruvennainallur, Villupuram District.
3. When the matter was called in the morning, both the boy and the girl [detenue] appeared through video conferencing along with learned counsel Ms.Jenif Princy at Villupuram. The matter was again called at 02:15 p.m. The parents of the detenue were also present in Court.
4. Heard the learned counsels and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor assured this Court that necessary police protection would be provided to both the boy and the girl, as well as to the learned counsel, to bring them to Madurai, so that, this could Court directly ta ascertain whether they have entered into marriage of their own free will and consent. He also expressed his intention to 2/5
provide some counselling to both the youngsters.
6. The boy and the girl are directed to appear before this Court on 04.09.2025.
7. List the matter again on 04.09.2025''.
3. On 04.09.2025, this Court had ordered as follows: ''The girl had been produced as directed in the order dated 03.09.2025. The boy is also present. They had got acquainted with each other through Instagram.
2. It is contended that they have married in a Temple and also got the marriage registered. The parents of the girl are also present. The girl is studying in second year Nursing in a college at Bangalore and the fees per year about 1 1/2 lakhs. The boy had stated that he would deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- before the Bank in the name of the girl and produce the receipt to this Court. List the case on 11.09.2025.
3.Both the boy and the girl to be present along with their parents on 11.09.2025. ''
4. The matter has been listed today to record the deposit of an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- in fixed deposit in the name of the detenue. The deposit has been done and receipt has been produced.

5.The girl and the boy are present today before this Court. The parents of the boy and the girl are also present. They have also produced the certificate of registration of marriage, registered by the Joint Sub Registrar-II, Cuddalore-2, dated 25.08.2025. Since the girl has been produced and she expressed willingness to go with her husband and their parents are also present before this Court, no further order is required.
