This Criminal original petition has been filed seeking to cancel the order of anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 2 to 4 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Trichy in Cr.M.P.No.5243 of 2024, dated 16.10.2024. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on either side. 3.In the considered view of this Court, the Court below has considered the facts of the case and only thereafter, passed the order granting anticipatory bail. The grounds that have been raised in this petition does not warrant cancellation of the anticipatory bail already granted to the accused persons. 4.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed. There shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the police report within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
