PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct dispose the Cr.M.P.No. 427 of 2019 in M.C.No. 24 of 2011 on the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur, expediously within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. For Petitioner : Mr.J.Krishnakumar

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to dispose the Cr.M.P.No. 427 of 2019 in M.C.No. 24 of 2011 on the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that maintenance case is pending from the year 2011.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the Family Court, Srivilliputhur to dispose the Cr.M.P.No. 427 of 2019 in M.C.No. 24 of 2011 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
