2. This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to permit the petitioner to join the 3-year LL.B. Degree Course for the Academic Year 2025-2026 in the third respondent college, based on the Course Completion Certificate and the Bonafide Certificate, as Anna University has issued only the Course Completion Certificate and the Provisional Certificate is yet to be issued to the petitioner, though the results were declared as early as May 2025.

The petitioner shall complete this requirement as expeditiously as possible. In case the petitioner fails to produce the certificates, the third respondent shall be at liberty to dismiss the petitioner from the course.
