ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.S.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed upon him vide order in Cr.M.P.No.4368 of 2023 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, dated 04.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that not even a single day, the petitioner is complying the condition imposed by this Court. Further, the petitioner cheated the defacto complainant to the tune of Rs.20,00,000/- and due to non appearance of the petitioner only, the Investigation Officer is not able to complete the investigation. So, he vehemently objected to modify the condition imposed upon the petitoner.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is dismissed.
