ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 31.01.2019. 2.It is needless to state that the particulars required to be uploaded in the website must be uploaded within the time limit contemplated under the Government Orders. The information is uploaded in the Department's Website for the benefit of the people and therefore, there should not be any delay in uploading such information. If any information is not uploaded, then the authorities responsible for such lapses, negligence or dereliction of duty shall be liable for disciplinary action.

3.In view of the above, the respondents shall ensure that all informations relating to the Department, which is required to be uploaded is uploaded without any delay. In the event of any lapses, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a complaint to the Head of the Department or Head of the Institution. On receipt of such a complaint, appropriate action shall be initiated in accordance with law.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
