ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent not to harass him under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.37 of 2025 and that there is a warrant pending against him in another case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would however deny the same by stating that the petitioner had obtained anticipatory bail and the respondents have illegally collected certain documents.

4. In such circumstances, there is no need to issue any direction as prayed for by the petitioner. However, if there is any illegality in the investigation conducted against the petitioner, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.

5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
