Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner is the wife of one Valluvan. The said Valluvan is working as a Chief Engineer in Public Works Department at Thiruchirappalli. Yesterday he appeared before this Court through WhatsApp. I requested the third respondent to furnish the pay slip for 2/5
September 2023. Without raising any technical objections, Valluvan graciously agreed to hand over the same to the petitioner.
3. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, a computer generated pay slip for the month of September 2023 in respect of the petitioner's husband Valluvan was given to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. It is for the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law as against her husband.
4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
