DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN., J AND R.POORNIMA.,J This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the entire records connected with the detention order passed in M.H.S.Confdl.No.150/2024, dted 2.9.2024, on the file of the second respondent and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu namely, the Petitioner's husband ie., Ananth @ Anantharaj, aged about 45 years, son of Rathinam, now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith. 2/5
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3/State by producing a copy of G.O.RT.No.7341, dated 22.10.2024, submitted that the Advisory Board has revoked the detention order passed against the detenu and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. 4.In view of the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
