Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writs of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to regularize the petitioners service in the post of Auxiliary Nurse Mid-wife (A.N.M) by considering their representations, dated 19.07.2017, 13.11.2019 and 18.11.2019 respectively.

W.P(MD)Nos.25305, 25308 and 25311 of 2019 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that for the very same issue, the proposal sent by the second respondent on 17.04.2017 was considered and rejected by the first respondent, by proceedings in Letter No.14252/AA1/2017-1, dated 08.05.2017. In view of the same, the petitioners are not entitled for the relief now claimed in the Writ Petitions.
4.In view of the rival submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, without deciding the issue on merits, it is suffice to direct the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners, dated 19.07.2017, 13.11.2019 and 18.11.2019 respectively and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
