This Court, vide order dated 18.06.2025, had suspended the sentence imposed on the petitioner and directed the petitioner to stay at Dharmapuri and report before the Inspector of Police, Dharmapuri Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

orders. The said order was passed on 18.06.2025. The petitioner is before this Court with this petition to relax the said condition.

2. Since the typed set of papers are made ready, records were called for from the Court below and this Court is also inclined to take up the main appeal itself, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition already imposed. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. Registry to list the appeal in the usual course.
