This Petition is filed Under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to call for the records in connection with the impugned charge sheet in C.C.No.313 2015 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri,and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.Thalaimutharasu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate for the respondent R1, this Court made the following order: This Court by order dated 13.11.2019, in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16601 of 2019, directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of the Honourable Chief Justice Relief Fund and produce the photocopy of the receipt along with the memo reporting compliance before the Registry / first respondent and the trial Court on or before 21.11.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner paid a sum of Rs.5,000/- on 15.11.2019, but, he failed to produce the photocopy of the receipt before the Court below within time frame as fixed by this Court, therefore, he seeks time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
