ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to modify the judgment in Crl.A(MD)No.164 of 2017, in so far as the fine amount of Rs.50,000/- may be deducted from the deposited amount in obedience to the order of this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.9540 of 2018, dated 04.03.2019 and refund the balance amount of Rs.25,000/- to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in pursuance of judgment of this Court, dated 12.06.2025, the petitioner has paid the fine amount of Rs.50,000/- before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli and as such, the above petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
