ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police 1/3

for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 387, 506(i) r/w.4(1) (a), 4(1)(i) of TNP Act in Crime No.1327 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to some dispute while buying liquor bottle the petitioner herein along with others abused thedefacto complainant in filthy language and also threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against him. Therefore, he prayed for anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is having 11 previous cases, hence he objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Taking into consideration the previous bad antecedent of the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
