PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to given a Police Protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and limb based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.11.2019 For Petitioner : Mr.R.Maheswaran For Respondents : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi No.1 to 3 Government Advocate(Crl.Side)

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to given a Police Protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and limb based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.11.2019

2. The complaints lodged by the petitioner dated 21.11.2019 as against the fourth respondent, is pending with the file of the third respondent. On the strength of the said complaint, the petitioner now sought for police protection at the hands of the third respondent.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the fourth respondent and pass orders on merits and inaccordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
