Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.24 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.24 of 2022 on the 1/3

file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused had received a sum of Rs.20,20,000/- from various persons and assured to arrange government job. Thereafter, they failed to arrange job and also refused to return the amount. Hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner and other accused received money from various persons and failed to secure any job. He would further submit that the investigation in this case is not yet completed. Hence, he objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Heard both sides and perused the materials available in the records. 2/3

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the seriousness of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
