Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents no. 1 to 3 to expedite the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, dated 12.05.2023 within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to expedite the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, dated 12.05.2023 within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent is conducting the investigation based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 12.05.2023.

3.In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation within a period of 15 days, from the date of receipt 2/4

of copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
