ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 379 IPC r/w 21(5) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.247 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 02.08.2022, considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner and he only insisted the driver to do the illegal activity. However, the petitioner again approached this Court by filing this petition seeking anticipatory bail, on the ground that he is ready to file an undertaking affidavit.

3.Considering the nature of offence and previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court finds that there is no change in circumstances. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
