Crl.M.P.(MD).No.14397 of 2022 This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 22.04.2022 in Crl.MP(MD) No.5108 of 2022 in Crl.RC.(MD).No.191 of 2022. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.
4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in three months until further orders.
