ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 05.12.2022, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in SC No.339 of 2016, with in a period of two months, and the requisition letter dated 27/03/2023 in D.No.197 of 2023, submitted by the Additional District and Sessions Judge,Padmanabhapuram, this Court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.339 of 2016. 2.This Court already disposed of the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 05.12.2022 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in S.C.No.339 of 2016 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Padmanabhapuram, Kanniyakumari District, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Sessions Judge requests further time to dispose of the said case.

CRL OP(MD). No.21331 of 2022 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, one month time is granted for disposing S.C.No.339 of 2016 and the learned Additional District Judge, Padmanabhapuram, Kanniyakumari District is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
