Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct first respondent herein to enquire the third respondent and to take appropriate action on the basis of representation made before him by RPAD Dated 18.11.2019 in the light of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9427 of 2019 dated 19.09.2019.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to thes first respondent herein to enquire the third respondent and to take appropriate action on the basis of my representation made before him by RPAD Dated 18.11.2019 in the light of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9427 of 2019 dated 19.09.2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari and the case was taken on file in S.T.C No.104 of 2020.

3.Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of one year, there is no progress in the trial process. Hence, he want the matter to be disposed of at the earliest. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17782 of 2019 4.Considering the request made by the petitioner, there shall be direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari, to expedite the trial process and complete the same on merits, within five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After disposal of the case in S.T.C No.104 of 2020, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
