ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 22.11.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the fourth respondent / defacto complainant, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
