2.It is submitted that because of the non appearance of the coaccused, the trial could not be completed and taken up. The other accused are appearing before the committal Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has undergone Engineering and now he is going to apply for Government Job. Because of the pendency of the case, he is not in position to apply for any job. 3.Considering the genuineness of the request that has been made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the Committal Court to split up the case in respect of the petitioner and complete the committal process within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After the committal process is over, the concerned Sessions Court shall take up the case to his file, commence the trial and complete the same within a period of five months, thereafter. 4.With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
