ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her husband's life and property from the respondents 3 to 6. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that due to civil dispute between the parties, a case in Cr.No.477 of 2023 was registered against the petitioner's husband on 31.09.2023 and parties were directed to settle their issue before the appropriate forum. Again on 13.09.2023, based on the complaint given by the petitioner's husband, a case in Cr.No.292 of 2023 registered against two persons. On enquiry, it is revealed that entire occurrence stated by the petitioner's husband is exaggerated one and the same was closed. Again, the same complaint was sent by the petitioner through post. Since both complaints were one and the same, there is no need to take any further action, the same was also closed by the second respondent. 2/4
