Respondent / Respondent / Complainant Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant Interim suspension of sentence imposed on the petitioner by the judgment dt. 11.09.2023 made in S.C No. 567 of 2016 by the Honble VI Addl District Sessions Judge, Madurai and enlarge the petitioner on Interim bail enabling him to perform his last rites and connected rituals to his deceased father, pending of the appeal in Crl.A(MD) No.963 of 2023 in the interest of Justice. To call for the records and set aside the Judgement dated 11.09.2023 made in S.C No. 567 of 2016 by the Honble VI Addl District Sessions Judge, Madurai in the interest of Justice.
