O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 03.06.2025, made in W.P.(MD) No.4375 of 2025.

2. On 23.01.2026, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, submitted that the directions issued by this Court in the above said writ petition have been fully complied with and to that effect, he produced a copy of the proceedings of the third respondent, dated 09.01.2026, before this Court. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to verify

the same, this contempt petition was adjourned. Accordingly, this contempt petition is listed today.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subject TASMAC shop has been closed.
