CRL MP(MD) No.14501 of 2022 anticipatory bail in Cr.M.P.No.5018 of 2022. While the said petition was pending, the accused persons filed a petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18009 of 2022 and got anticipatory bail by falsely stating that the Court below dismissed their petition. 3.It is seen that after obtaining anticipatory bail from this Court, the Court below dismissed the application pending before it. That apart, the accused persons duly complied with the conditions imposed on them. Therefore, this Court finds no grounds to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the accused persons. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. sd/- 14/03/2023 / TRUE COPY / /03/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
