No.335/2018 in HMOP.No.44/2018 on the file of the Learned Family Court at Trichy and consequently directing the respondent to pay interim maintenance as prayed for. ORDER:- These Civil Miscellaneous Appeals coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this court dated 29.03.2021 and the letter in D.No.584, dated 30.7.2021 from the Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. Thiru.R.Narayanan, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:

(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN.,J) Earlier, this Court, while disposing of the appeals, by judgment dated 29.03.2021, directed the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirapalli, to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.44 of 2018, on or before 31st July 2021.

2. Stating that due to Covid - 19 Pandemic, the Family Court is not in a position to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.44 of 2018, as directed by this Court, the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirapalli, seeking six months time to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.44 of 2018.

3. Considering the said request, this Court directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirapalli to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.44 of 2018 on or before 21.12.2021.
