This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondent Police to file the final report before the learned Judicial 1/4

Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram in Crime No.179 of 2021 pending investigation on the file of the respondent.

2.When the case came up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.179 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent had been completed and the complaint had been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and RCS.No.21 of 2021 had also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram. He further submitted that a copy of the Referred Charge Sheet had also been served to the Petitioners on 16.11.2021.

3.In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The Petitioners are at liberty to file a protest Petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram, in the manner known to law. 25.11.2022 Index:Yes/no vsd 2/4
