ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the fifth respondent vide proceedings NIL, dated 12.10.2024 suspending the petitioner from service, with a consequential direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all the attendant benefits.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent has produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the fifth respondent, dated 27.06.2025, thereby dismissing the petitioner from service.

4. In view of the subsequent developments made as aforesaid, appropriate remedy available for the petitioner is to challenge the dismissal order dated 27.06.2025 rather than pursuing the suspension order, which is under challenge in this writ petition.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the dismissal order passed by the fifth respondent dated 27.06.2025 in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 08.07.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No sm 3/4
