PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue direction directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to provide Police Protection to life, belongings and limb of the petitioners and their family members from the Respondents 4 to 20 and ensure the petitioners and their family members to live in their houses at their village.

the petitioners and their family members from the Respondents 4 to 20 and ensure the petitioners and their family members to live in their houses at their village. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that because of some trivial issue between the daughter of the fourth respondent herein and one Rajarajan, trouble has arisen between two groups of family. Over which, case in counter case have been registered in Crime Nos.52 and 53 of 2023. In spite of the above said FIRs, they are making frequent trouble. Hence, he has given the above said representation.
3.Since case and counter case have been registered, there is no question of granting police protection to one of the parties. Since investigation is pending, I find no reason to entertain this petition.
