ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.N.Haroon Rasheed Advocate for the Petitioner this Court made the following order:

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in paragraph No.7 (2), the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- to each of the witnesses, in which, instead of Rupees Five Thousand only, it is wrongly mentioned in words as Rupees Ten Thousand only and the same may be corrected.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the order in Crl.O.P (MD) No.18127 of 2023, dated 10.10.2023 and issue fresh order copy.

5. Consequently, fifteen (15) days time is given to the petitioner to comply the above said conditions.
