ORDER

This petition is filed to punish the respondent herein for his wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, dated W.P(MD).No.8510 of 2022, dated 22.06.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that based upon the common order passed by this Court both the complainants viz., Sundaravel and K.K.Ramesh were called for enquiry, But, K.K.Ramesh did not appear before the Enquiry Officer. Because of non cooperation of K.K.Ramesh, Sundaravel has given a statement that he has received a sum of Rs.7,000/- and hence, no further enquiry is required and hence, both the complaints were closed.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. 03.04.2023 NCC :
