ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and take necessary action against the 3rd respondent based on the representation given by the petitioner, dated 19.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in CSR No.558 of 2025 and the same was closed as the dispute was civil in nature.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the aforesaid closure report, it is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
