By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 16.06.2014 as against the punishment imposed by the second respondent in his proceedings, dated 30.04.2012.
3.Since the appeal is yet to be pending from 2014 onwards, it would be appropriate to direct the first respondent to dispose it of expeditiously, within the stipulated time.
4.In view of the above observations, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 16.06.2014 as expeditiously as possible, in any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.25830 of 2019 event, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
