ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "to direct the respondent to approve the statutory Form dated 26.12.2017 as acknowledged by the respondent DTCP/L/0039113/2017 dated 26.12.2017 and the subsequent representation dated 29.08.2019 within a time to be stipulated by this Court."
2. The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondent on 29.08.2019 seeking approval for layout for Survey Nos.509/2A1, 509/1B, 510/1A1A, 512/2B1A, 512/1B, 512/1C and 513/1C in Pillayarnatham Village, Srivilliputtur Taluk. Since the same is pending, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. Heard the learned counsels on either side.
4. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated
29.08.2019 and pass orders in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
