ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to the respondents 1 to 3 to survey the petitioner's property measuring 27.36 Cents at Survey No. 263/1 at present subdivision Survey No.263/1C1A of Thalapatti Village, Karur Taluk, Karur District on the basis of the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.10.2024 by obtaining police protection from the 4th respondent.

2. It is informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader that pursuant to the application made by the petitioner on 12.08.2024, the

authorities had surveyed the land. While survey, it is found that the documents stand in the name of the petitioner would show an extent of 28 cents. On site, there is only 22 cents is available and therefore, the petitioner was not ready to accept the survey.

3. In the above circumstances, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to pass a speaking order on this line. On such order being passed, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same. A speaking order shall be passed within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
