O RDER Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai to dispose case in connection with C.C. No.468 of 2022 in Crime 3/2018.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case in C.C. No.468 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai, is posted for framing of charges.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is the case of the year 2018. Hence, he prays to direct the concerned trial Court for expedite trial.
4. Since Final Report has been filed in 2022, there is no question for giving direction to the concerned trial. But considering the oldness of the crime, there shall be direction to the concerned trial Court to give priority to the case in C.C.No.468 of 2022, if possible.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
