Side) O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent No. 1 to 3 herein to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner life and limb and his family members and his property on the basis of his representation dated 06.09.2023.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that threat was made and his property was also damaged by the accused persons. Over which, he made a complaint on 21.08.2023. Based upon which, a case in Crime No.388 of 2023 was registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 307, 324 against several persons and unknown person. So far the first accused was not arrested and escaping from the arrest. Seeking police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, a representation dated 06.09.2023 has been sent by the petitioner to the first respondent That was not properly considered. Hence, this petition. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.
